Rohypnol causing amnesia in the victim. Is it possible to gain those memories back?

I'm writing a story and I just want to know if a person who was sexually assaulted and was drugged. Can those memories return?Rohypnol causing amnesia in the victim. Is it possible to gain those memories back?
No, not if the dosage is large enough, According to Wiki:

"victims may not be able to clearly recall the assault, the assailant, or the events surrounding the assault. Very often biological samples are taken from the victim at a time when the effects of the drug have already passed and only residual amounts remain in the body fluids...these residual amounts are difficult and sometimes impossible to detect using standard screening assays available in the United States."

Rohypnol is labeled as a "date rape drug" commonly called a "roofie" on the street. And it is considered to be one of the most effective benzodiazepine hypnotics on a one dose basis.

It causes strong amnesia, but according to El Sohly labs flunitrazepam was used in about 1% of date rapes, so for your book make sure you realize how rare it is. It showed up in only 0.41% of the urine tests.

The Dutch outlawed flunitrazepam based on the System of Objectified Judgement Analysis assessment, and so did the U.K.

A quote from the above link: Rohypnol causes partial amnesia; individuals are unable to remember certain events that they experienced while under the influence of the drug.

(It's definitely a scary drug.)Rohypnol causing amnesia in the victim. Is it possible to gain those memories back?
I would guess 'no'. I'm only basing my guess on other 'conscious sedation' drugs that they give you for dental/medical procedures, like Versed....you're technically awake and can respond to questions and commands under the drug...but will never have a memory of the actual procedure itself.
Hypnosis can bring back memories from the unconscious.

Sometimes they come back in a spontaneous torrent and hospitalization is neededRohypnol causing amnesia in the victim. Is it possible to gain those memories back?
Yeah, at school we had to watch a video about Rohypnol and the chick was talking about being raped. so apparently, she remembered.
