Can a man with amnesia be held to a contract he signed before losing his memory?

If a man signed a contract and then after getting amnesia (FORGETTING EVERY ASPECT OF HIS LIFE) decides he isnt responsible for his previous actions. can he legally get out of the contract by proving he isnt the same person in court?

The question has been bugging me for daysCan a man with amnesia be held to a contract he signed before losing his memory?
I don't believe he can get out of it, legally. I'm almost positive the issue applies to when the contract was made, not fulfilled. Can a man with amnesia be held to a contract he signed before losing his memory?
Yes...Can a man with amnesia be held to a contract he signed before losing his memory?
Yup.
As long as he had capacity to enter into a contract at the time he signed it, then, yes.
